I purchased this hoping the music would be good for the weeks leading up to the birth and in labour, but I don't think it is very ambient and some of the tracks seem just weird choices for this type of CD. It isn't very expensive though, so worth the risk even if one or two tracks work for you,but overall not a great 'earthy' experience.
