I'm 27 weeks pregnant and this workout is not too good, l couldn't make all the exercises, no many pelvic floor excercises that is what I was looking for... and you will need more that the ball to do it, also you will have to lay a lot on your back and that is not recommendedI take a weekly pilates class and I have not problem there.
